Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR)
Provides pharmaceutical co-payment assistance to qualifying patients with brain, breast, lung, kidney, colon, pancreatic, prostate, or head and neck cancers, lymphoma, sarcoma, and some secondary issues as a result of chemotherapy treatment.
